Messaging & Notification Policy

MyStro.Live sends SMS and email notifications to registered teachers to keep them informed about their rehearsal content. Messages include:

Processing status alerts when uploaded scores are ready for rehearsal
Roadmap confirmation requests requiring teacher input
Annual consent renewal reminders

Teachers opt in to notifications through their account notification preferences page after registration. SMS notifications require explicit consent via checkbox with legal acknowledgment. Message frequency is low -- typically 2-5 messages per piece uploaded.
